My system does not allow anyone to logon.  I can SSH to it.  Everything
on the machine appears to be working EXCEPT any GUI logon.  Problem
started about a week ago.

Using Exceed to logon.  When the broadcast list comes up, the server
doesn't show up immediately.  Once it does show up, I select it and
nothing happens.  It doesn't prompt for an ID or password.

I don't see any error messages about logon failures.  I stopped the
audit service.  I rebooted.  Disks are not full.  Authconfig looks like
it should.  Rootkit detection did not find anything.

Does anyone have any ideas what may be the problem?

Thanks,
A
