OK, due to rolling blackouts my machine went down again - putting

=09"GATEWAY=3D192.168.1.1" in /etc/sysconfig/network didn't
work.  On reboot fetchmail could not find anything outside the
home network, neither could ping.  I typed in

=09"route add default gw 192.168.1.1 eth0"

and everything stated working again.  I checked
/etc/sysconfig/network and the "GATEWAY=3D192.168.1.1" was there.

Thanks,

Brad
