There are no mirrors for the RHEL binaries since Red Hat does not make
them available to anybody that does not have a subscription.

Red Hat makes the sources available and there are many projects that use
these sources to build binaries.

That's up to you to decide - either you trust the packager or you don't.
If you don't trust the packager, get the source RPMs from Red Hat's FTP
site and build them yourself.

You should be aware that some of the rebuilders openly violate trademark
law.  Eventually Red Hat will catch up to them and the rebuilder will
either have to update their policies, procedures, and documentation, or
shut down.  Rebuilders also rely on Red Hat to release the source and
then manually build the updates and push them out to mirrors.  There
will always be a delay between the time Red Hat issues a security fix
and when you can get it from a rebuild mirror.

You should also note that there is no true clone for Red Hat Enterprise
Linux.  There have been cases where software that runs on RHEL won't run
on a rebuild.  Even 3rd party software today can check and could fail to
run on a rebuild.  There has been at least one case where the source rpm
that Red Hat distributed did not produce the same binary as they
distributed because the previously-distributed compiler had a bug.

Some 3rd party vendors may refuse to support you if you're running on a
rebuild and not on RHEL.  It's up to them to decide.

In short, if you want RHEL, you need to purchase a subscription.
Something else may get you close enough, but whether or not "close
enough" is good enough for you is up to you to decide.
