We used digi at my old work, and they're pretty good. The Cyclades (from
my limited experience) seem to have a slightly nicer user interface
etc., but it's pretty easy to write some wrapper scripts around the digi
stuff to make it a little easier to use (that's what we did, anyway).

I've heard good stuff about the cyclades, but they are a little on the
expensive side.

There are some other products on the market now as well. I think we
evaluated one of the Lantronix units; IIRC, you can get an eval unit to
try out for free.
