DLL's are MicroScat dynamic overlay files. These are used by the wine interpeter to run MicroScat programs. These are usually in a hidden directory used by wine and can/will/might be specific to a given user. -- Some people have convictions. Some people have opinions I think I'll have a cheeseburger!
