I see that version of httpd in the latest CentOS-3 (See http://tOS-3.ora-code.com), v7, e.g. one mirror
at http://mirrors.cat.pdx.edu/centos/3.7/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/

In other words, at least one of the rebuilds support updates. I don't
know the risks associated with updating RHEL binaries with rebuild
binaries, but both - in theory - are built from the same source code.

But if it works, all you'd need is to point the config file in /etc/yum/
to the desired mirror and then run

yum install httpd
