You cannot!! If you want genuine RHEL you MUST subscribe to RHN.
If you have a valid RHN subscription, it is possible to download
all of the rpms that make up RHEL and create your own yum repo.

If you have many machines there are circumstances where this makes
sense but for 1 machine it is pointless. If you do not need genuine
RHEL you could use something like Centos. That would give you something
close to a real RHEL system without the cost.

If none of this makes any sense you might start by looking at
http://centos.org/ and see if any of that helps. That is assuming you do
not want to pay for RHEL.
